You have the choice of either a Back, Shoulder and Neck Massage plus a Facial, both of which last 25 minutes, or a 50 Minute Refresh and Revive Face and Back Therapy which includes a back massage, a scalp therapy and a facial therapy. You may also enjoy a full day ’s use of the spa facilities, and you will receive a three course lunch.

On Arrival at Ragdale Hall (between 8.30am and 9.30am), you will receive a welcome drink. You have full access to all the facilities during your day, including the pools, spa and gym and you can choose to participate in any of 20+ exercise and relaxation classes. You will receive your chosen treatments as outlined above, which will last 50 minutes in total. You will have use of a changing room with lockers, showers and hairdryers plus unlimited towels.
